What this app stores

Account details, a one-way password hash, business information, campaign drafts, lead contact information, notes, appointments, revenue, usage and audit records are stored in the configured application database. Session cookies keep you signed in.

Where information goes

If OpenAI generation is enabled, your business profile and campaign brief are sent to OpenAI to generate campaign copy. Lead contact records are not included in this generation flow. Without a key, templates are generated locally on the server. Images saved to the asset library are stored privately. Connected Meta and WhatsApp services receive the content and customer contact information needed for authorized publishing and messaging. Razorpay handles subscription payments; an email provider delivers account links.

Your data controls

Business owners can export their records and request account deletion through Settings. Payment records may be retained separately. The operating company must publish retention periods, contact details, subprocessors and applicable rights before public launch.
